Rapid Metro keeps track of traffic flows with Barco LED video wall
Rapid Metro, India’s first fully privately financed metro system, connects the Gurgaon Cyber City business district to the metro network of central Delhi.. Every day, Rapid Metro transports around 30,000 people. To ensure optimum traffic flow, Rapid Metro Rail Promotor Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Rail Limited installed an operational control center – and equipped it with a fully redundant, 4x2 Barco solution LED video wall.
Maximum peace of mind
RMGL opted for Barco’s OverView OLF-721: a fully redundant, 70” full HD LED video wall with front access in a 4x2 set-up. To ensure maximum reliability and peace of mind for the operators, the individual LEDs, power supplies and even the inputs have a high level of redundancy. And thanks to the front access to the panels, the solution is extremely maintenance-friendly and can be installed in small spaces as well.”
“After placing order to Barco, it took only 6 months to make LED video wall operation with all other integartion,” explains Jagmohan Mittal, Head/Operation and S&T at RMGL. “We are extremely happy with the solution and with the level of service that we received from Barco.”
